Individual Agent of the Year Awards
All categories are open to agents regardless of the sales channel in which they operate, including high street, homeworkers, call centre and online. Shortlisted agents in the Individual Agent award categories will be requested to attend an interview with an industry panel first week of May at Travel Weekly offices in central London.
Leisure Agent of the Year
Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including
high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to
a appear before a judging panel.
Young Leisure Agent of the Year
Open to agents 20 years of age and under on the entry
deadline date 08th April 2020, operating in any sales channel, including high street, call
centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a
judging panel.
Leisure Manager of the Year
Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including
high street, call centre, online and from home, and managing staff within their
business. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.
Agency Support Team Member of the Year
Open to agency staff operating in non-front line or support roles for agencies in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel.
Business Excellence Awards
One to Watch Award
Open to any agent or agency operating on the high street,
call centre, online or from home, which have been operating as a standalone
business for less than 24 months on the deadline date of 08th April 2020. A shortlist will
be judged by a panel of experts, at which point further detail/evidence may be
requested.
Digital Champions of the Year – Large Agency
Open to high street, call centre, online or homeworking
agencies with more than 50 sales staff, which have successfully used digital channels to improve their
business in the 12 months to 08 April 2020. A shortlist will be judged by a
panel of experts, at which point further detail/evidence may be requested.
Digital Champions of the Year - Small Agency
Open to high street, call centre, online or homeworking agencies, with fewer than 50 sales staff which have successfully used digital channels to improve their business in the 12 months to 08 April 2020. A shortlist will be judged by a panel of experts, at which point further detail/evidence may be requested.
Best Agency to Work For - Small Agency
Open to travel agencies operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel. The cut-off point for small agency is fewer than 50 sales staff.
Best Agency to Work For - Large Agency
Open to travel agencies operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel. Any agency with more than 50 sales staff will be included in the large agency category.
Sustainability Champions of the Year - Small Agency
Open to travel agencies operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be drawn up and assessed by a judging panel. The cut-off point for small agency is fewer than 50 sales staff

Special Awards
ATAS Ambassador Award
The ATAS Ambassador Award is open to agents in any sales channel, and is designed to celebrate an individual agent who is a true champion of the touring and adventure sector and ATAS .
CLIA Cruise Master Award
CLIA is looking to recognise a CLIA member who has reached the ultimate level of accreditation at CLIA through the online CLIA Learning Academy. The winning travel agent will also be able to demonstrate that they can inspire other travel agents, and be a true ambassador for the industry.
