Open to any agency in the UK with a high street presence. The cut-off point for small agency is 11 branches. Any agency with 12 or more branches will be included in the large agency categories.


Homeworking Agency

Open to any agency in the UK employing more than 25 home-based agents – either standalone or supporting high street, online or print-led operations.


Call Centre Agency

Open to any agency in the UK with more than 20 call centre-based sales staff – including affinity agencies and call centres supporting high street, online or print-led operations.


Online Agency 

Open to any agency in the UK whose primary consumer-facing presence is online – including bookable websites and those serviced by call centres or home-based sales teams.



Sector Awards


Cruise Agency (Small and Large)

Open to high street, call centre, online or homeworking agencies, which sell cruise holidays. The cut-off point for small agency is fewer than 50 sales staff. Any agency with more than 50 sales staff will be included in the large agency category.


Touring and Adventure Agency

Open to high street, call centre, online or homeworking agencies, which sell touring and adventure holidays.




Self-nominated Awards


Individual Agent of the Year Awards

Nominated by the named individual or the nominee’s agency.


Young Leisure Agent of the Year (non-apprentice)

Open to agents 20 years of age and under on the entry deadline date (11th April 2019), operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.


Apprentice Leisure Agent of the Year

Open to agents regardless of age who are apprentices on the deadline date (11th April 2019), operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.


Leisure Agent of the Year

Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.


Leisure Manager of the Year

Open to agents operating in any sales channel, including high street, call centre, online and from home, and managing staff within their business. A shortlist will be invited to a appear before a judging panel.



Business Excellence Awards


Digital Champions of the Year (Small and Large)

Open to high street, call centre, online or homeworking agencies, which have successfully used digital channels to improve their business in the 12 months between 01 March 2018 - 28 February 2019. The cut-off point for small agency is fewer than 50 sales staff. Any agency with more than 50 sales staff will be included in the large agency category. A shortlist will be judged by a panel of experts, at which point further detail/evidence may be requested.


One to Watch Award

Open to any agent or agency operating on the high street, call centre, online or from home, which have been operating as a standalone business for less than 24 months between 01 March 2018 - 28 February 2019.  A shortlist will be judged by a panel of experts, at which point further detail/evidence may be requested.
